I've Spent My Life Discovering and Telling Stories

For more than two decades, I built a career as a producer, director and writer, from working in news at  major television networks to developing and directing documentaries.

news organizations at television networks, storyteller.

My work took me into the lives of entrepreneurs, artists, executives, innovators, dreamers, survivors, and everyday people navigating extraordinary moments.

I sat at kitchen tables, inside businesses, on film sets, in living rooms, and behind the scenes of lives that looked completely different on the surface.

Yet over and over, I discovered the same thing.

Everyone was carrying a story.

A story about who they were.

A story about who they thought they had to be.

A story about what was possible.

And often, hidden beneath that story, was another one waiting to be lived.

My job was never simply to capture people's stories.

It was to uncover what mattered most.

To ask the questions others didn't ask.

To listen beneath the surface.

To discover the story inside the story.

Again and again, I watched people navigate heartbreak, reinvention, failure, courage, transformation, and remarkable breakthroughs.

I became fascinated by what allows some people to stay stuck—and what allows others to step into entirely new chapters of their lives.

That fascination eventually became something more.

It became my life's work.

Why People Open Up To Me

Throughout both my career and in my personal life, people have always opened up.

Strangers shared deeply personal truths.

Interview subjects, friends, clients and colleagues trusted me with parts of themselves they rarely showed the world.

Not because I had all the answers.

Because I was genuinely curious.

Because people can feel when they're being truly seen.

I've always been far more interested in understanding people than judging them.

What drives them.

What scares them.

What inspires them.

What they're longing for.

What they secretly know they need to do.

The moment someone feels seen clearly, something powerful happens.

Possibility returns.

The Gold Was Always There

I don't believe people need fixing.

I believe life has a way of burying us.

Responsibility.

Heartbreak.

Fear.

Loss.

Burnout.

Expectations.

Years spent becoming who others needed us to be.

But beneath all of that, something essential remains.

Your resilience.

Your creativity.

Your wisdom.

Your courage.

Your purpose.

Your spark.

The gold never disappears.

It simply gets covered.

My work is helping people uncover what has always been there.

From Storytelling to Life Design

Today, I bring everything I've learned about human potential, transformation, storytelling, and reinvention into my work as a life consultant and guide.

Whether you're navigating a major life transition, questioning what's next, rebuilding after loss, reinventing your career, rediscovering yourself after years of caregiving, or simply feeling called toward something more, my role is not to tell you who to become.

It's to help you uncover who you already are.

Together, we'll examine the story you've been living, identify what's no longer serving you, and intentionally design what comes next.

Not a life that looks good from the outside.

A life that feels deeply aligned on the inside.

A life that feels vibrant.

Meaningful.

Adventurous.

Authentic.

A life that feels like yours.

Welcome to The Alchemy of You

The ancient alchemists believed ordinary metals could be transformed into gold.

I believe the gold is already there.

Sometimes it simply takes the right questions, the right support, and the right guide to uncover it.

If you're standing at a crossroads, wondering what comes next, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Because you're not starting over.

You're becoming

I’ve spent my entire career fascinated by one thing: People.

What drives them. What holds them back. What gives their lives meaning. What they dream about when no one is listening. And who they become when life doesn’t go according to plan.

For more than two decades, I have worked as a producer, director, and storyteller for major television networks and media organizations. My work takes me into the lives, businesses, homes, passions, triumphs, heartbreaks, and turning points of people from every imaginable walk of life.

Along the way, I discovered a gift for helping people feel safe, seen, and comfortable being profoundly honest. Creating spaces where vulnerability, reflection, and motivation naturally emerge became one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

Entrepreneurs. Artists. Executives. Caregivers. Dreamers. Survivors. People standing on top of the world and people rebuilding from the ground up.

My role wasn’t simply to ask questions. It was to create enough trust that people would reveal the parts of themselves they rarely shared with anyone else. Again and again, I witnessed something extraordinary. Behind every achievement was a struggle. Behind every breakthrough was a season of uncertainty. Behind every success story was a human being wrestling with fear, loss, change, doubt, courage, hope, and the desire for something more.

I became a student of transformation.I learned how people navigate life’s most difficult chapters. I learned what keeps them stuck, what helps them move forward, and what allows them to create lives that feel deeply meaningful and aligned.

But my understanding of transformation didn’t come solely from observing it in others. I’ve lived it. My own journey has included significant life challenges and seasons when everything familiar seemed to fall away. There were moments when I had to start over, redefine who I was, and find my footing in the midst of uncertainty. Those experiences changed me. They deepened my empathy, strengthened my resilience, and taught me that some of life’s greatest growth emerges from the challenges we never would have chosen.

What I’ve come to believe is this: life rarely follows the script we imagine. Yet even in the hardest chapters, there is opportunity—for reinvention, for meaning, for unexpected possibility. Time and again, I’ve chosen to meet life’s twists with curiosity, courage, humor, and hope.

Over time, I realized that the work I loved most wasn’t simply telling people’s stories. I love helping people too. That realization led to the creation of Alchemy of You.

Today, I blend the curiosity of a journalist, the perspective of a storyteller, the strategic thinking of a consultant also add, and the support of a coach. I don’t believe people need to be fixed. I believe they need space to think differently, see more clearly, reconnect with themselves, and courageously step into what comes next.

Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, facing an unexpected challenge, questioning what’s next, or simply sensing there is more waiting for you, my role is to help you uncover possibilities you may not yet see and create a path forward that feels authentic, meaningful, and fully your own. Because your life is not a problem to solve.I t’s a story still being written. And sometimes the most powerful chapter is the one you haven’t lived yet.
