LONG BEFORE THIS BECAME MY WORK...
I was someone people felt comfortable coming to when life got complicated.
Friends, colleagues and sometimes complete strangers would tell me deeply personal things — the choices they couldn’t make, the dreams they were afraid to say out loud, the challenges they were navigating or the moments when they simply couldn’t see a way forward.
I’ve always been deeply caring and endlessly curious, but I’m also not afraid to ask an unexpected question, offer a different perspective or challenge someone when it serves them.

MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE
TAUGHT ME TO GO DEEPER.
For more than two decades, I worked as a producer, director and writer, telling stories about fascinating people across entertainment, business, music, technology, fashion and beauty, hospitality and wellness.
I became known for creating the kind of trust that invited people to open up and go beyond the surface. I asked thought-provoking questions, followed conversations wherever they led and often uncovered stories, perspectives and emotions people hadn’t explored — or shared — before.
Those conversations could be raw, revealing, funny, surprising and deeply human.
Eventually, I realized that the instincts that had shaped
my professional life were the same ones I’d been using my entire life.

My work is also informed by my training as a domestic violence counselor and by my own experiences navigating profound challenges and doing deeply transformative work on myself.
I know meaningful change is rarely neat or linear. And I don’t believe another person should tell you who to become or what your life should look like.
I’m here to listen, ask, explore, challenge and imagine alongside you — to help you understand where you are, discover what matters now and see possibilities that can be difficult to see from inside your own life.
You don't need to arrive with the answers.
Discovering them is part of the work.

Ancient alchemists sought to transform ordinary materials
iinto gold.
I believe our lives give us raw material, too: our experiences, relationships, successes, disappointments, instincts, strengths, mistakes, dreams and lessons.
ALCHEMY IS WHAT WE CHOOSE TO DO WITH IT.
My hope is that our work goes far beyond navigating one transition or deciding what comes next. It’s to empower you to become the alchemist of your own life — to understand what your experiences have given you, recognize what matters now and learn how to transform all of it into new possibilities,
new choices and a life moving forward with greater intention.
I would be honored to walk part of that journey beside you.
