Transformational Coach
& Life Design Consultant

For more than two decades, I spent my career telling stories. As a producer, director and writer working at major networks like MSNBC, CBS and CNN, I had a front-row seat to thousands of lives, careers, businesses, dreams, setbacks, breakthroughs, and reinventions. I interviewed industry leaders, actors & musicians, entrepreneurs, survivors, thought leaders and everyday people. Again and again, I found myself asking the same questions: What helps people move forward when life doesn't go according to plan? Why do some people remain stuck in old stories while others transform challenge into opportunity?
Over the years, I started to recognize something very powerful: Most people don't need someone to tell them who to become. They need someone who can help them see themselves—and their lives—more clearly. Someone who can ask the questions that uncover what has been hidden. Help identify what's no longer serving them, explore opportunities and build the blueprint for their next chapter. Someone who can challenge assumptions, clarify priorities and recognize possibilities that they can't see from inside the story. And someone who can help turn those possibilities into realities.
That's the foundation of The Alchemy of You and the work I do today as a transformational coach and life design consultant.
Why This Work Is Different: I bring together the curiosity of a storyteller, the thought-provoking questions of a coach, the strategies of a consultant, and the belief that every person has the ability to become an alchemist in their own life, transforming their lived experiences into a future with extraordinary potential. When we work together, I'm not handing you a formula. I'm helping you create your own. I often tell clients that my job is to help them step onto the balcony of their own life. When you're in the middle of the story, it's difficult to see the full picture. Together, we zoom out. We look at where you've been. Where you are now. What might be possible from here. And how to get there.
